...easy-to-use, intelligent, internet robot that builds a link directory and creates link trades for you! |

What about frames?
Most search engines do not like frames. They stop at the frameset and will not follow. If you want to stick with frames then.
Your noframes section needs to have its own title. A no-frame browser will pick up that title...load it up with keywords the way you did with your frameset title.
The second thing is load your noframes section with more valid content and your keywords and key phrases!
Add links in the noframes section so some robots will index the rest of your site. For now, what you can do is give the robots access to all of your pages.
Visitors to your site arriving into a page deep into your site will not have access to navigation that the frameset page provides.
