Train Area walk though
EZ Keyword Trainer:
In the EZ Train mode, you will check words unique to your themes or
subjects. For example, if the word would only appear in a web site exactly
like yours, and no other kind, you should check it. The best words are words
or phrases that would ONLY be found in web sites, like yours, and no others.
Don't worry too much about getting it right the first time. It's easy to
adjust your keywords later using the Keyword Manager. To start the EZ
Keyword Trainer click the 'Start EZ Keyword Training' button at the
top.

Now type in a keyword or keyword phrase that pertains to the subjects or
theme of your web site. Enter a word or phrase then click 'Start
Training'. In a few minutes Zeus will display a list of keywords. Now
check the boxes next to the keywords or phrases that could only be found in
websites you are looking for as potential link partners, then click 'Keep
Training'.
When you are finished training you must click the 'Finish Training'
button.

Example: A Zeus operator has a Bird web site. They should use
words or phrases pertaining to these Themes: Parrots, birdcages, macaws,
bird clubs, bird aviaries, bird breeders, etc.
Tip: If you are having trouble finding enough words, you can
change the current training word manually by entering another word or
phrase, or click the 'Change Training To' drop down box.

Manual Keyword
Teacher:
Type in a keyword or keyword phrase that pertains to the subjects or theme
of your web site. Now click on the appropriate category button to assign
that keyword to a uniqueness category.
There are 5 uniqueness categories
explained below.
Ignore:
Just ignore these words. They have nothing to do with my web site but are
not common words.
Common:
Words like 'at', 'the', 'about', etc.
Slight Unique:
Words similar to the theme of your web site.
Unique:
Words very important to the theme of your web site.
Very Unique:
If this word appears in a web page you want to know about this web site.
Tip: Using the words in the index of a book, on your training
subject, makes keyword training quick and easy. Using phrases, i.e.:
"internet marketing" or "web marketing" dramatically Improves training
efficiency, reduces traversing times and lowers bandwidth used to find
ThemeSites.
Understanding Uniqueness:
You will assign each word Uniqueness. Your options for uniqueness are:
Ignore, Common, Slight Unique, Unique, and Very Unique. In the Manual
Keyword Teacher, think before choosing a Uniqueness button. Try to select
words unique only to your themes. For example, if the word would only appear
in a web site exactly like yours, you should assign Very Unique. If the word
is important to your site but could be found in others, give it a lower
rating. The best words with the highest ratings are words that would ONLY
pertain to the theme of your site and no others.
Using a Bird Theme example:
If the word is bird, you may want to press the Slight Unique button, while
the word avian, choose Unique. The word bird could be found on a lot of
sites NOT pertaining to the actual bird sites you are looking for, while
avian would probably be unique to actual bird sites.
In the beginning of Zeus' training you will be responding to a lot of words
because he only knows common words such as the, a, at, then, that, etc. As
the training progresses, your interaction with Word Teacher will become less
and less as he learns and remembers the words you teach him.
Don't worry too much about getting it right the first time. It's easy to
change your keyword uniqueness later using the Keyword Manager. Your Keyword
Manager makes it easy to see what keywords Zeus used to score each site and
allows you to easily move your keywords from one uniqueness group to the
next.
Keyword Manager:
The number one key to proper training:
"Assign the priority of your keywords on the basis of uniqueness"
"The more unique your keywords to your training
theme, the better Zeus will perform when selecting and scoring visited web
sites."
TIP: Hold your cursor over each
uniqueness button and read the green help box at the bottom for an
explanation of each.
The Keyword Manager will help you to fine-tune your Zeus keywords. You will
be able to move keywords from one Uniqueness category to another or even
delete them. During your initial keyword training, you may have included
keywords that are common to other non-themed sites. Because of this, the
non-ThemeSites are being scored incorrectly as ThemeSites. There are
probably only a few words that caused the higher score. You can then move a
keyword from one Uniqueness category to another to adjust the way Zeus is
scoring websites. You may even have to delete that specific keyword.
Example: You may find that a keyword like 'egg', when trying
to find bird aviaries, will also find you fish hatcheries and the like. You
can move this particular keyword to another Uniqueness category or delete
it. That will stop Zeus from finding incorrect sites.
Web Sites to Visit:
In the 'Train' section you will see the 'Web Sites to Visit' tab. This
enables you to mark the hyperlinks to the non-themed web sites, found in
this site. This keeps Zeus from visiting them. You don't want Zeus to waste
his time in non-themed sites.
This area shows the next 500 web sites your Zeus
will visit.

To add a web site to the top of the list
type in the URL then click the 'Add' button.

To remove a web site, highlight the URL in
the list, then click the 'Remove' button. Delete any sites you do not
want Zeus to visit.
